Boil water in a pot
Add noodles and cook until tender
Drain the noodles
Rinse with cold water if needed
Heat oil in a pan or wok
Add garlic, ginger, or onion if desired
Add vegetables, meat, or tofu
Stir-fry until cooked
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, or chili sauce
Add the noodles to the pan
Toss everything together
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes
Serve hot
