Unscrew the crown by turning it counterclockwise until it pops out
Pull the crown out to the first click to set the date, if your model has a date function
Turn the crown clockwise or counterclockwise, depending on the model, to set the date
Pull the crown out to the second click to set the time
Turn the crown to move the hands to the correct time
If setting the time past midnight, advance the hands until the date changes to confirm AM or PM
Push the crown back in fully
Screw the crown down clockwise until it is tightly sealed
For a Rolex without a date, pull the crown out to the time-setting position and set the hands directly
If your Rolex has a screw-down crown, always secure it after setting to maintain water resistance
