Trim the Gel X nails down as short as possible
Gently file the shiny top layer to break the seal
Soak cotton balls in acetone
Place the acetone-soaked cotton on each nail
Wrap each fingertip with foil or use nail clips
Wait 15 to 20 minutes
Check one nail and gently lift softened product with a cuticle pusher
Rewrap and soak longer if the product is still firm
Repeat until the Gel X is fully removed
Lightly buff away any remaining residue
Wash hands and apply cuticle oil or moisturizer
