Press the Settings button on the LG remote
Go to All Settings
Select Accessibility
Turn off Audio Guidance
Turn off Voice Guide
Turn off TalkBack or Screen Reader if enabled
Go to General
Select AI Service
Turn off Voice Recognition or Voice Assistant features
Open the LG ThinQ app settings if connected
Disable voice control features in the app
Check the remote for a microphone button and mute it if available
