Take Zofran exactly as prescribed by your doctor
Follow the directions on the prescription label
Swallow the tablet with water if using standard tablets
Let the orally disintegrating tablet dissolve on your tongue if using that form
Do not chew, crush, or split orally disintegrating tablets
Take it with or without food unless your doctor tells you otherwise
Take it at the same times each day if you are on a regular schedule
If you are using it before nausea-causing treatment, take it as directed before the treatment
Do not take more than the prescribed dose
If you miss a dose, take it when you remember unless it is almost time for the next dose
Do not double up doses
Store it at room temperature away from moisture and heat
