Power cycle the Xbox Series X by holding the console power button for 10 seconds, unplugging it for 60 seconds, then restarting

Disable Instant-On and use Energy-saving mode in Power options

Rebuild the console’s storage by performing a factory reset and choosing Keep games and apps if needed
If boot remains slow, perform a full factory reset
Inspect for overheating and ensure proper ventilation around the console
Try a different power outlet or surge protector
