Turn off the Xbox Series X
Unplug the power cord from the console
Wait at least 10 seconds
Plug the power cord back in
Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on
If needed, perform a factory reset by going to Settings
Select System
Select Console info
Select Reset console
Choose Reset and remove everything
Confirm the reset
Wait for the console to restart and complete the process
