Mix red and blue paint to get purple
Add a small amount of green to adjust toward teal
Add white gradually to lighten toward sky blue
Add black or more blue to darken
Use a color wheel reference to fine-tune hue
For light blue: mix blue with a lot of white
For navy: mix blue with a small amount of black and/or purple
For cyan: mix blue with a small amount of green and minimal red
For consistency: measure ratios and mix enough for the full batch
