Check that the printer is powered on

Turn off Airplane Mode on the printer, if available
Open the printer settings on your computer
Select the printer
Open the print queue
Disable Use Printer Offline
Cancel any stuck print jobs
Restart the printer
Restart the computer
Reconnect the printer to the network if needed
Update or reinstall the printer driver
Set the printer as the default printer if required
