Turn off the vehicle and open the glove box or access panel
Remove any items blocking access
Release the glove box stops or clips if needed
Locate the cabin air filter cover
Open or unclip the filter cover
Remove the old cabin filter
Note the airflow direction arrow on the old filter
Insert the new filter in the same airflow direction
Reinstall the filter cover
Reattach the glove box or access panel
Close everything securely
Run the AC system to check airflow
