If the chapter has multiple authors, list them in the same order as in the source.
If the book has multiple editors, list all editors in the editor position.
Use sentence case for the chapter title and title case for the book title.
Italicize the book title, not the chapter title.
Include the page range of the chapter.
If a DOI is available, add it at the end in URL format.
If there is no editor, use the book author in the editor position only if the chapter is from an authored book.
For an edited book chapter, cite the chapter author in the reference list and the editor in the book title section.
