Open Finder
Click Go in the menu bar
Select Go to Folder
Type ~/Library/Caches
Press Return
Open each folder and delete the files inside
Repeat for /Library/Caches if needed
Empty the Trash
Restart your MacBook
Clear browser cache in Safari, Chrome, or Firefox if needed
Clear app cache from the app’s settings if available
Remove temporary files by logging out and back in
Use Storage Management from Apple menu > About This Mac > Storage > Manage
Delete large unnecessary files to free space
