Turn off the PS5 completely
Unplug the power cord from the console
Wait at least 60 seconds
Press and hold the power button on the PS5 for about 10 seconds
Plug the power cord back in
Turn on the PS5
If needed, enter Safe Mode by holding the power button until you hear a second beep
Connect the controller with a USB cable
Select Clear Cache and Rebuild Database
Select Clear System Software Cache
Confirm the action
Restart the PS5
