Check that the TV or monitor is on the correct input source
Reseat the HDMI cable on both the PS5 and display
Try a different HDMI cable
Try a different HDMI port on the TV or monitor
Power cycle the PS5 by turning it off, unplugging it for 60 seconds, then restarting
Restart the TV or monitor
Boot the PS5 in Safe Mode
Change the PS5 video output resolution in Safe Mode
Set the PS5 to automatic video output settings
Disable HDR in the PS5 video settings
Disable 120Hz output in the PS5 video settings
Turn off VRR if enabled
Test the PS5 on another TV or monitor
Test another device on the same display to confirm the display works
Check for bent or damaged HDMI port pins on the PS5
Clean dust from the HDMI port carefully
Update the PS5 system software if the screen becomes visible
Rebuild the PS5 database in Safe Mode
Reset PS5 settings in Safe Mode
Initialize the PS5 as a last resort
Contact PlayStation Support if the issue continues
