Charge the controller fully
Use the controller wired with a USB-C cable
Try a different USB cable
Re-pair the controller with the PS5
Restart the PS5 and controller
Move closer to the console
Remove wireless interference
Disconnect other nearby Bluetooth devices
Update the PS5 system software
Update the controller firmware
Reset the controller using the rear reset button
Change the HDMI device or TV input settings
Enable Game Mode on the TV
Lower the TV’s picture processing settings
Test the controller in Safe Mode
Try another controller to isolate the issue
