You cannot safely cure chlamydia without medical treatment
Chlamydia is treated with prescription antibiotics from a doctor or clinic
Get tested as soon as possible
Avoid sex until you and your partner(s) have completed treatment and been cleared
Tell recent sexual partners so they can get tested and treated
Do not use leftover antibiotics or someone else’s medication
Do not try home remedies, supplements, or over-the-counter products to cure it
If you cannot see a doctor, use a sexual health clinic, urgent care center, community clinic, or telehealth service
Seek urgent care if you have severe pain, fever, or symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease or testicular pain
