Open Google Contacts at contacts.google.com
Sign in to the Google account linked to Gmail
Find the contact you want to delete
Click the contact to open it
Click the More actions menu
Select Delete
Confirm the deletion
To delete multiple contacts, select the checkboxes next to them
Click the Delete icon or More actions menu
Confirm the deletion
To delete contacts from the Gmail app, open Google Contacts in a browser
Deleted contacts may remain in Trash for a limited time before permanent removal
