Sign in to your Google Account
Go to your Google Account settings
Open the Data and privacy section
Scroll to Download or delete your data
Select Delete a Google service
Enter your password if prompted
Find Gmail and click the delete icon
Follow the on-screen verification steps
Provide a non-Gmail email address for future Google account access
Confirm the deletion of Gmail
Check your recovery email for confirmation messages
Save any important emails before deleting
Update any accounts that use your Gmail address for sign-in
Remove Gmail from apps, devices, and email clients after deletion
