Go to the Microsoft account sign-in page
Click “Forgot username”
Enter your recovery email address or phone number
Check your email or phone for the security code
Enter the code to view your Microsoft account username
Check old Microsoft emails for your account email address
Look in your browser’s saved passwords or autofill entries
Check devices where you are already signed in to Microsoft services
Open Windows Settings and check the account listed under Email & accounts
Open Outlook, OneDrive, Xbox, or Microsoft 365 and check the signed-in account
Use Microsoft account recovery if you cannot remember the email address
Contact Microsoft Support if you still cannot find it
