Open Find My Mobile on a computer or another phone
Sign in with your Samsung account
Select your Samsung phone from the device list
Check the phone’s current or last known location on the map
Use Ring to make the phone sound
Use Lock to secure the phone remotely
Use Track location to update its location
Use Erase data if the phone cannot be recovered
Make sure Location and Find My Mobile were enabled before the phone was lost
If Find My Mobile is unavailable, use Google Find My Device
Contact your carrier if you need help locating or blocking the phone
