Meet the eligibility requirements

Complete the required 75-hour North Carolina pre-licensing course
Pass the course final exam
Apply for the North Carolina real estate license exam

Pass the North Carolina real estate licensing exam
Apply for your license through the North Carolina Real Estate Commission
Affiliate with a licensed North Carolina real estate broker-in-charge
Activate your license with a brokerage
Complete post-licensing education within the required timeframe
Complete continuing education each license renewal period
