Choose wheatgrass seeds
Rinse the seeds thoroughly
Soak the seeds in water for 8 to 12 hours
Drain and rinse the seeds again
Prepare a shallow tray with drainage holes
Fill the tray with organic potting soil or growing medium
Spread the soaked seeds evenly over the soil
Press the seeds lightly into the soil
Mist the seeds with water
Cover the tray until germination begins
Keep the tray in indirect sunlight
Water lightly once or twice daily
Maintain moist soil without overwatering
Remove the cover after sprouts appear
Continue watering regularly
Harvest when the grass is 6 to 8 inches tall
Cut the wheatgrass just above the soil line
Rinse before use
