Disconnect the negative battery terminal
Relieve fuel system pressure
Remove the engine cover if equipped
Disconnect the air intake components as needed for access
Remove any fuel rail covers or related brackets
Unplug the electrical connectors from the injectors
Disconnect the fuel supply line
Remove the fuel rail mounting bolts
Carefully lift the fuel rail with injectors attached
Remove the old injectors from the fuel rail
Replace injector O-rings and seals with new ones
Lubricate the new O-rings with clean engine oil or fuel-safe lubricant
Install the new injectors into the fuel rail
Align the injectors with the intake ports
Press the fuel rail and injectors into place evenly
Reinstall and tighten the fuel rail mounting bolts to specification
Reconnect the fuel supply line
Reconnect all injector electrical connectors
Reinstall any removed brackets, covers, and intake components
Reconnect the negative battery terminal
Cycle the ignition key to prime the fuel system
Check for fuel leaks
Start the engine and verify proper operation
Clear any diagnostic trouble codes if needed
