1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or orange juice
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves or cinnamon
Mix all ingredients until smooth
Brush over ham during the last 20 to 30 minutes of baking
Reapply glaze every 10 minutes for a shiny finish
