How to Make Mashed Cauliflower?

Cut 1 large head of cauliflower into florets

Steam or boil the florets until very tender, about 10 to 15 minutes

Drain well

Add the cauliflower to a food processor or blender

Add 2 to 4 tablespoons butter

Add 2 to 4 tablespoons milk, cream, or broth

Add salt and black pepper to taste

Add garlic, if desired

Blend or mash until smooth or desired texture

Taste and adjust seasoning

Serve warm
