Rinse the snow peas under cold running water
Trim off the stem ends
Pull off the string along the seam if present
Remove any damaged or tough pods
Pat dry with a clean towel or paper towel
Leave whole for cooking or slice as needed
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to cook
