How To Make Naan In Home?

Mix 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda in a bowl

Add 1/2 cup plain yogurt and 2 tablespoons oil

Add about 1/2 cup warm water gradually and knead into a soft dough

Knead for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth

Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours

Divide the dough into equal balls

Roll each ball into an oval or round shape

Heat a pan or skillet on medium-high heat

Place the rolled dough on the hot pan

Cook until bubbles appear and the bottom has light brown spots

Flip and cook the other side

Brush with butter or ghee

Serve hot
