Use pancake mix, eggs, milk, and melted butter or oil
Make the batter thinner than pancake batter
Start with the pancake mix directions, then add extra milk until the batter is very runny
Add one egg per cup of mix if the package does not already include eggs
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil per cup of mix
Whisk until smooth
Let the batter rest for 15 to 30 minutes
Heat a nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat
Lightly grease the pan
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan
Quickly swirl the pan to spread the batter thinly
Cook until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden
Flip and cook the other side briefly
Repeat with the remaining batter
Adjust with more milk if the batter is too thick
Add a little more mix if the batter is too thin
