Place 4 obsidian blocks on the ground in a row
Place 2 obsidian blocks on each side of the row
Place 4 obsidian blocks across the top to form a rectangle
Leave the inside empty
Use the flint and steel on the inside of the frame
Enter the activated Nether portal
