Open Gmail in a web browser
Sign in to your account
Go to the inbox or folder you want to clean
Click the checkbox at the top left to select the visible emails
Click the “Select all conversations in this page” link if it appears
Use the search bar to filter emails by sender, date, subject, or label
Click the checkbox to select all matching emails
Click the trash icon to delete the selected emails
Repeat the process for other folders or search results if needed
Go to the Trash folder if you want to permanently delete them
Click “Empty Trash now” to remove them permanently
