How to Prepare Corn on the Cob in the Microwave?

Leave the husk on the corn

Trim any long silk strands if needed

Place the corn in the microwave

Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes per ear

Add 1 to 2 minutes for each additional ear

Let the corn cool for 2 to 3 minutes

Cut off the stem end if desired

Hold the top end and shake the cob out of the husk

Remove any remaining silk

Add butter, salt, or seasoning if desired
