Turn on the TV and the device you want to control
Press and hold the Setup button on the Comcast remote until the LED changes from red to green
Press the device button you want to program, such as TV, AUX, or Audio
Enter the 5-digit Comcast remote code for your device
If the LED blinks green twice, the code was accepted
Test the Power and Volume buttons
If the remote does not work, repeat the steps with a different code for your device
For Xfinity voice remotes, press and hold the Setup button until the light turns green, then follow the on-screen pairing instructions
If needed, use the Xfinity remote setup page or the Xfinity My Account app to find the correct code
If the remote still will not program, replace the batteries and try again
