Wash and dry your hands
Place the bandage pad or center over the injured area
Hold one end of the bandage against the inside of your wrist
Wrap the bandage around the wrist once to secure it
Continue wrapping in overlapping layers around the wrist
Keep the wrap snug but not tight
Leave fingers visible to check circulation
Avoid covering the thumb unless needed
Secure the end with tape, clips, or the bandage’s fastener
Check for numbness, tingling, swelling, or color change
Loosen or remove the bandage if circulation feels restricted
