Gather the license plate, screws, screwdriver, and plate frame if needed
Align the plate with the mounting holes on the vehicle
Hold the plate in place against the bracket or bumper
Insert the screws through the plate holes and into the mounting holes
Tighten the screws securely without over-tightening
Attach the plate frame if using one
Check that the plate is straight and firmly attached
Ensure the plate is fully visible and not blocked by any cover or frame
