Open Facebook and log in to your account
Go to your profile
Tap the three dots or menu icon
Select Activity Log
Open Trash or Recycle Bin
Find the deleted post
Select the post
Tap Restore or Move to Profile
Confirm the action
If the post is not in Trash, check Archived posts
If it is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered
Use Download Your Information to check for saved copies
