Gather a rat-tail comb, scissors, clips, oil or adhesive remover, and a wide-tooth comb
Detangle the hair gently before starting
Cut the weave tracks into smaller sections if needed
Lift the bonded or glued areas with the rat-tail comb
Apply adhesive remover or oil to loosen glue
Wait a few minutes for the adhesive to soften
Gently separate the weave from your natural hair
Work slowly to avoid pulling or breaking hair
Remove any remaining glue from the hair and scalp
Wash and condition your hair after removal
Detangle your natural hair again with a wide-tooth comb
Dry and moisturize your hair after cleansing
