Measure and mark the new sliding door track position
Install the top track according to the manufacturer’s instructions
Install the bottom guide or floor guide if required
Assemble the sliding door panels
Attach rollers or hanging hardware to the doors
Hang the first door on the top track
Hang the second door on the top track
Adjust roller height for proper alignment
Test door movement and smooth operation
Install handles or pulls
Add door stops if included
Secure all hardware and tighten fasteners
Check for gaps, rubbing, or misalignment
Make final adjustments as needed
