Clear your search history
Tap Not Interested on posts you want to see less of
Mute or unfollow accounts you no longer want in your feed
Follow new accounts that match your interests
Interact more with posts you want to see more of
Remove liked posts from accounts you no longer want influencing your feed
Clear app cache on your device
Log out and log back into Instagram
Reinstall the Instagram app
Use the Explore page to retrain recommendations
Reset ad interests in your Instagram and Meta settings
Limit engagement with content you do not want recommended
Switch to a different account if you want a separate feed
