Feed the fish tape into the conduit or wall opening
Push the tape forward while rotating the reel
Guide the tape through bends and turns
Stop when the tape reaches the destination opening
Attach the wire to the fish tape end
Secure the connection with electrical tape
Pull the fish tape back slowly and steadily
Keep the wire aligned to avoid snagging
Use lubricant if needed for long or tight runs
Remove the fish tape once the wire is pulled through
Inspect the wire for damage before connecting it
Wear gloves and safety glasses
