Fill the water reservoir to the desired level
Insert a coffee filter into the basket
Add ground coffee to the filter
Close the filter basket
Place the carafe on the warming plate
Plug in the coffee maker
Press the power or brew button
Wait for brewing to finish
Pour coffee from the carafe
Turn off the machine after use
Remove and discard the used filter and grounds
Wash the carafe and filter basket
Descale the machine regularly if needed
