Fill the water tank with fresh water and insert it securely
Turn on the machine and wait for it to heat up
Grind coffee beans to the proper espresso fineness
Fill the portafilter with ground coffee
Tamp the coffee evenly and firmly
Lock the portafilter into the group head
Place a cup under the spout
Start the brewing cycle
Stop the shot when the desired amount is reached
Steam milk if using the steam wand
Purge and wipe the steam wand after use
Remove the used coffee puck from the portafilter
Rinse the portafilter and basket
Empty the drip tray if needed
Turn off the machine when finished
Clean the machine regularly according to the manual
