Fix the underlying ABS fault first
Check the ABS fuse and replace if blown
Check the ABS wheel speed sensors and wiring

Repair any damaged wiring or connectors
Verify brake fluid level is correct
Use an OBD2 scanner with ABS capability to read and clear codes
Turn the ignition off and back on after clearing codes
Drive the vehicle to confirm the light stays off
If the light returns, have the ABS system diagnosed by a mechanic
