Wash and dry the bhindi thoroughly
Trim the ends and cut the bhindi into pieces
Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt
Add the bhindi and mix well
Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the bhindi is tender
Add garam masala and mix
Cook for a few more minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with roti or rice
