How to Make Samosa Dough at Home?

2 cups all-purpose flour

4 tablespoons oil or ghee

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon carom seeds

1/2 cup water, as needed

Mix flour, salt, and carom seeds in a bowl

Add oil or ghee and rub into the flour until crumbly

Add water little by little and knead into a firm dough

Knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth

Cover the dough with a damp cloth

Rest for 30 minutes before using
