Open the Phone app or Contacts app
Tap the Contacts tab if needed
Tap the plus icon
Enter the contact’s name
Enter the phone number
Add email, address, or other details if needed
Tap Done
To add a contact from Messages, open the conversation
Tap the contact name or number at the top
Tap Info
Tap Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact
To add a contact from a recent call, open Phone
Tap Recents
Tap the info icon next to the number
Tap Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact
