Open Word and look for Document Recovery
Search for temporary Word files
Check the Recent Documents list
Restore from OneDrive or cloud backup
Restore from File History or backup software
Use Windows Previous Versions if available
Search your computer for the file name
Use data recovery software if the file was permanently deleted
