How to Remove a Blank Page from a Word Document?

Press Ctrl+Shift+8 to show formatting marks

Go to the blank page

Select and delete any extra paragraph marks, page breaks, or section breaks

If the blank page is after a table, click after the table and delete the extra paragraph mark

If there is a manual page break, place the cursor before it and press Delete

If there is a section break, remove it carefully or change it to a continuous section break

Check for hidden content such as extra spaces, paragraphs, or objects

If the blank page is at the end, delete the final paragraph mark or reduce its font size to 1 pt

Save the document and confirm the blank page is gone
