Open the Word document
Press Ctrl+F on Windows or Command+F on Mac
Type the word you want to find
Press Enter
Use the arrows or search results to move between matches
To search within the whole document, make sure the search box is active
To find and replace, press Ctrl+H on Windows or Command+H on Mac
Enter the word in the Find box
Click Find Next to jump to each occurrence
