Set the AC to the coldest temperature
Turn the fan speed to high
Use recirculation mode
Make sure the AC button is on
Close all windows and sunroof
Replace a dirty cabin air filter
Check refrigerant level
Inspect for refrigerant leaks
Clean the condenser
Remove debris from the grille and vents
Park in the shade
Use a sunshade when parked
Vent hot air before turning on AC
Check that the compressor is engaging
Inspect the serpentine belt
Service the AC system if cooling is still weak
