Click anywhere inside the PivotTable
Go to the PivotTable Analyze tab
Select Refresh
Right-click the PivotTable and choose Refresh
Use Refresh All on the Data tab to update all PivotTables
Press Alt + F5 to refresh the selected PivotTable
Press Ctrl + Alt + F5 to refresh all data connections and PivotTables
Set the PivotTable to refresh automatically when opening the file in PivotTable Options
Check that the source data range includes all new rows and columns before refreshing
